“Could we walk through the new direction on Thursday at 2? I’ll bring the updated sketches.”
Sarah wants to review the new direction.
There’s a meeting to confirm.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for sharing. I’d love to take a look at the updated sketches. Let me check Thursday’s schedule and confirm a time.
2:00 PM — 2:30 PM
A little structure for the messages, meetings, and replies that make up your day.
Bring your accounts together. Ask AI for the short version, spot messages that need attention, and find your next step.
Turn a meeting buried in an email into a suggestion you can review. Confirm it, choose a reminder, and get back to your day.
Start with a thoughtful AI draft in the conversation’s language. Make it yours, review the recipient, and send when you’re ready.
Find action items and follow-up suggestions in your email. Review the details, choose a reminder time, and mark work complete.
Ask ChatGPT to check for scam signals and explain its assessment. Review suspicious requests before acting. AI checks are guidance, not a guarantee of safety.
Sign in with your provider or connect your own mail server. Add another account whenever you need it.
Connect your eligible ChatGPT account for summaries and drafts. Keep automatic analysis off, or opt in from Settings.
Review suggestions, confirm meetings, and approve your replies. Threadora helps; the decisions stay with you.
Your mail cache and mailbox credentials are encrypted on your computer. AI is optional: selected message content is sent to OpenAI when you ask for help or enable automatic analysis.
Read the plain-language privacy policyEnglish or Arabic. Left to right or right to left. A light theme for bright mornings, a dark theme for quieter evenings, and text you can comfortably read.

Yes. Threadora is designed for multiple Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail, Microsoft 365, and custom IMAP/SMTP accounts in one workspace. Each account has its own authorization.
No. Bonline handles the app registrations. You sign in with your provider and approve mailbox access. During early access, Google verification and Microsoft configuration are still being completed. Your company may require administrator approval.
Connect your own eligible ChatGPT account through the Codex runtime; no OpenAI API key is needed. The Codex CLI is a separate installation requirement in the current desktop build. Your account’s access and usage limits apply. AI sends selected message content to OpenAI only when you request it or enable automatic analysis.
No. You review and confirm each outgoing message. Meeting times are suggestions until you confirm them, and adding an event to your calendar is a separate action. You can edit AI drafts before sending.
Desktop reminders need Threadora running on an awake computer. Closing its window keeps it in the menu bar or system tray. You can add confirmed events to your provider’s calendar for reminders on other devices.
Threadora is in early access. macOS and Windows builds are being tested, and provider approvals are still in progress. Contact Bonline to discuss a guided trial. Public downloads and paid plans are not available on this website yet.
Threadora is taking shape. Be part of the early-access conversation.
